Hall junior, Henry (??-1713)

Additional comments: Turle (book 32) only attributes to "H. Hall", but Rimbault (book 2) specifically adds "junior, who died in 1713". Ruth Wilson (page 119) suggests that the chant was composed by his father Henry Hall, who died in 1707.
